The New York Film Academy (NYFA) is the principal sponsor and partner of TEDxFulbrightSantaMonica. NYFA, a well-known Fulbright host institution, will be in charge of the production of the event. The New York Film Academy was founded in New York City 1992, and since that time has offered a top quality education in filmmaking and related disciplines to tens of thousands of students from around the world.
NYFA is a nationally accredited College of Visual & Performing Arts at campuses in LA and Miami’s South Beach, and has programs in 27 countries including year-round facilities in Australia, Italy, and the United Arab Emirates. NYFA is the school of choice for some of the most important figures in our industry including Steven Spielberg, Martin Scorsese, Al Pacino, Jodie Foster, Sheila Nevins, and Jamie Foxx and many repeatedly send their children and family members to learn their craft at NYFA programs.
